To secure your booking dates, we need deposit of 50% of the full cost of your stay.
The booking deposit is non-refundable.
The full balance is require 3 weeks prior to stay.
Cancellation forfeiture terms: 3 weeks or more prior to start date 50% of total cost, within 2 week 100% of total cost.
The minimum stay is generally 7 nights (Sunday to Sunday).
Fully refundable security deposits are required of 20% of your total accommodation costs is payable on or prior to arrival.
This can be paid at the time of final booking payment or can be paid in cash on arrival. All deposits are returned upon check-out if they are not damages.
